BIKE
The location is ideal for excursions on foot or on two wheels. Regardless if you prefer road, gravel or mountain biking, there are a multitude of great routes on less trafficked roads, gravel fire roads in the hills and challenging single trails. Or pack your beach bag and bike down to the Mediterranean sea to have a nice swim. Only 8 km away.
GOLF
For golfers, there are two beautiful 18 hole courses within 15 minutes by car, Beuvallon in Grimaud and Blue Green in Sainte Maxime. Golf de Roquebrune is also a nice course located 20 minutes away.
HIKE
Hiking trails start at the house and take you to lovely viewpoints with view of the medterranian sea, which itself is only a 2.5 hr hike away
HORSEBACK RIDING
Situated in between 2 stables, each about 1-2 km away, the prospect of exploring the surroundings on horseback is easily achievable.
SAILING
Rent a sailing boat with or without skipper to explore the coastline.

Road biking
Col de Colebasse between La Croix-Valmer and Saint Tropez is a beautiful destination that can be included in a 3-4 hour tour from the house.

Gravel and mountain biking
The area can be described as "Gravel Heaven" due to the many wide gravel roads that have been constructed to allow fire truck access among the hills.
In addition, there are 6 official mountain bike trails around the village, Le Plan de la Tour, one which is passing just beside the property.
Please note that there are possible access restrictions from June to September depending on fire alert level.


Golf
To play Blue Green Sainte Maxime you will need to rent a buggy for the last nine, which are very hilly. You will be rewarded with a breathtaking view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Also Beauvallon, which can be played on foot, offers nice views of the bay.
Hiking
Many trails lead directly from the property, in addition the Saint Tropez peninsula offers very nice hiking trails along the sea.
Take the green boats from Sainte Maxime to Saint Tropez and hike along the sea front. Don't forget your swim suit to chill of in one of many small bays along the trail. Breathtaking views guaranteed!
